if not conceived by the mechanics of the game, it is possible to set the settings in Sphere.ini CombatFlags = 01
MagicFlags = 01 for a comfortable game

can you show us vid of your old server how it looks with this flag? If chars will not turn toward the target i believe that will be significant impact on the game.
